1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Domain Yoga (the "Service"), operated by Domain Yoga. You can contact us at legal@domain.yoga.

2. The Service

Domain Yoga provides AI-generated domain name suggestions and availability checks. Availability data is provided as-is from third-party registries; you should verify availability at a registrar before purchase.

3. Eligibility and authority

You represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction); and
• if you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Service is intended for business use. Where consumer protection law applies, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Account and access

Account creation uses Supabase Auth. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

5. Purchases and credits

• Pricing is listed on the Service.
• Credits do not expire.
• Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
• Running a search consumes a credit. By running a search you provide your prior express consent to immediate execution and acknowledge that, for the credit consumed, you lose any right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply under EU consumer protection law.
• Stripe Checkout will require you to accept these Terms before completing payment.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the Service, abuse our APIs, use the Service to harass third parties, or resell generated names without using the Service yourself.

7. Service changes and availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are preserved.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Unused credits remain refundable as described in Section 5.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Copenhagen. Consumers in the EU retain the right to bring claims in the courts of their country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We will notify registered users of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
